I'm Conor, a UX designer with a background in music and coffee. With over a decade of experience in hospitality, including leading roles in specialty coffee and training baristas across The UK and Ireland, I’ve always been obsessed with creating seamless, intuitive experiences, whether behind a bar or behind a screen.
Before diving into UX, I trained as a professional musician and worked extensively as a session player. This shaped my ability to listen, collaborate, and adapt in high-pressure environments. Over time, I channelled that same creative precision into managing coffee shops, setting up new locations, optimising workflows, and training entire teams. I became fascinated by how thoughtful design can improve everyday experiences, streamline operations, and elevate brands.
Now, I bring those skills into UX design. I specialise in human-centred design, informed by real-world service experience.
I care deeply about usability, clarity, and storytelling and I love helping businesses grow through better user experience, systems thinking, and smart design.
